BASIC INFORMATION
Name: Phantom, real name Lucien
Aliases/titles: Solitaire, Lucien the Blood Diamond
Age: Unknown, appears similar to a real-life man in his 20's to early 30's.
Canon Point: End of Phantom and the Crimson Solitaire preferred but flexible on ending
Race: Feline, specifically lynx
FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Fashion: Prefers a suit and a long cloak that will flutter in dramatic fashion as he walks. He typically wears dark shades due to personal preference and due to his specific duties, so he can go undetected more easily. All of his hats and trousers have holes to accommodate his ears and tail, respectively. If he doesn't wear a hat, he always has a cowl that's loose and large enough to both cover his ears and cast his face in shadow-- basically, his head is almost never bare. He also carries his mask wherever he goes, but never puts it on.
Height: 185cm or approx. 6'0.83".
Build: Lean, with just enough muscle definition to show an active life. However, he prefers speed and using his Arts, and it shows because most of his muscle is in his legs
Hair: Dark grey, ambiguous enough to look like brown, black or silver depending on the lighting.
Eyes: Gold, with slitted pupils that expand and contract with the lighting.
Voice: JP: Ishida Akira | EN: Ben Cura | CN: Liu Zhaokun | KR: Pyo Young-jae. Personal preference goes to his EN voice due to how well it fits him-- a English accent (suppressed but slips on occasion), soft raspy voice, measured cadence and clear enunciation, and the fact that his VA is also a stage actor (and nailed Phantom's French line).
Language: Whatever the common language in Arknights is (English?), Gaulish (French), Victorian (British English). Possibly others as well.
Scent: Something metallic, books, parchment, and cat fur.
Hand dominance: Ambidextrous but favors his right.
Literacy: Can read and write well. His writing is most likely very elegant with a lot of flourish.
Triggers: Don't ask him to sing. Other than that, he doesn't get triggered by much. He's more likely to be the one triggering people.
Other: He's a master of stealth, so he moves silently and prefers going around unseen, so unintentional jumpscares are common around him. Putting him in combat situations will also prompt him to become very bloodthirsty.

Crosscanon: Always and forever YES.
OOC Nos: Sexual abuse/rape, cannibalism, child abuse, domestic violence, animal abuse, dental horror/mouth stuff (teeth are fine, everything else is not), removal of fingernails/toenails. I'm fine with these themes being mentioned, just not RPing them out.
Others: Due to previous experiences, I don't RP with malleable or blank slate protagonists (e.g. FFXIV WoLs+Azems, Genshin Travelers, Dragon Age protagonists, Fire Emblem Avatars, etc.), or fandom OCs (TTRPGs are an exception), or interact with their players. This includes the Doctor.
Warnings: His background involves adults raising children to become killers and forcing ideals on them that should never be forced on anyone-- and he was one of those children. He's been brainwashed and has assisted in brainwashing via breaking the minds of other people, and revels in the macabre. Phantom has also murdered people he considered family during a psychotic break, and is no longer able to indulge in what makes him happy in fear of triggering it again.
Phantom also has a terminal illness not unlike cancer that has heavily affected his body. It has mutated his voice so that if he sings, he may cause people psychological or neural damage, the worst case scenario being that bodies explode if he goes on for long enough. He describes this process graphically.
Physical affection: Sure, but Phantom would get stiff. He doesn't accept such things from people in general.
Flirting: He would never understand it, and if someone manages to make him get it, he'll avoid the person who flirted with him for a long time.
Casual sex: I'm down for trying but Phantom will be resistant at first unless they're very close CR. 18+ only but open to any gender/sex, and I'm down with castmates, or crosscanon.
Romance: It may be a slowburn, given Phantom's everything. He has a lot of issues and only enough space in his brain for worrying about one thing at a time. He's an old-school romantic, so he'd insist on making some traditional courting gestures too. As for who I'd ship him with, it depends on how they vibe.
Fighting: Sure, though he'd get really bloodthirsty very quickly. He tends to fight to kill, and he was trained to make murder an art form, so it's going to get uncomfortable pretty quick.
Injuries: No permanent injuries or maiming please. I'm okay with scars.
Blood: Phantom has a strong bloodlust, so any fight with him can get uncomfortable. However, I'd rather not get him injured enough to bleed, because his illness can be passed on via blood.
Death: As long as the death mechanic is not permanent, but usually I prefer to plan my deaths to make them more impactful for that sweet, sweet character development, rather than go with the heat of the moment. However, I'm wary of killing him because of his Oripathy, I'd rather not have a pandemic plot, so I'd rather plan it carefully or wait until it's cured by in-game mechanics if those are available.
Telepathy/mind reading abilities: Sure, he has no mental defenses so it would be easy to do. His brain is usually just full of darkness, theater, the Crimson Troupe, blurry memories, and feeling sorry for himself.
Mind control: Since he's very susceptible to mind control and can't break out by himself, it really depends on what he'll be doing under the influence. Run it by me first please. On the other hand, he already has some (currently dormant) brainwashing, maybe he can't be controlled by non-Crimson Troupe forces since the current one takes priority. I have no idea.
Castmates/assumed CR: Given the nature of Arknights and how long Phantom is implied to have been with Rhodes Island, I'm down with assumed CR.
